File-tiepin

I haven't had a proper tiepin for myself for a long time, so it was the time for that to change. I got inspiration to make the tiepin resemble file, a tool that I use a lot in my work. The file part is titanium with chiseled toothing (it actually works as a file!), with gold and silver handle, plus cast silver mechanism. It was pretty painful to design, because titanium cannot be soldered to other parts so fitting the mechanism and rivets around each other in the handle demanded some creative thinking. Anyway, I'm happy in the result and now I only need a proper occasion where I can wear it.
